Old Dances

In the beginnings of ice dancing, video recordings were not omnipresent - they simply didn't exist yet.

Detailed drawings and descriptions were published though.

Grapevines are mentioned in 'Kunstfertigkeit im Eislaufen' a book published in 1925. They seemed almost to be forgotten, but brought to attention again by freestylers...
